WANA (May 18) – The Tehran Dialogue Forum has officially begun with the presence of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and participants from 53 countries around the world.

Hosted at the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) under Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Forum has brought together over 200 delegations, including senior officials from 53 nations, ministers, Persian Gulf decision-makers, and representatives from the United Nations.

The two-day event, taking place on Sunday and Monday, offers a unique platform for informal diplomacy, according to experts, due to the scale and diversity of its attendees.

With 40 expert panels, live-streamed sessions, and coverage by 50 international media outlets, the Forum underscores Iran’s role as a responsible and proactive actor in regional and global diplomacy, while providing space for consensus-building and articulating a new regional order.
